New Belgium Brewing Announces Sale To Kirin Subsidiary As Craft Beer M&A Heats Up

Fort Collins, Colorado-based New Belgium Brewing, one of the largest and most iconic U. S. craft breweries, today announced it would sell 100% of the company to an Australasian subsidiary owned by Japan's Kirin Holdings called Lion Little World Beverages.
